USB Flash Drive

The app only accesses your photos and videos to back them up to the USB flash drive. It does not require internet or WiFi. All your data remains private and is only accessible to you.
You can verify this information on the App Store. The App Store indicates:
"The developer does not collect any data from this app."
To finish the transmission as the fastest speed, the internal storage only display 1000 photos each time. If there are more than 1000 photos, even if you select all, it only display 1000 photos. In this situation, please pull down the progress bar to refresh the display. And then increase by a multiple of 1000, all your photos will be pulled to the end display. The external storage displaying 499 pcs, please pull down to refresh the display, too. Kindly please be well noted that manually transfer or deletion may be not 100% completed. If we need to delete more than 499 pcs, we suggest to release the space once we finished the Backup.
1. Insufficient phone memory.
2. Too many apps running in the background cause the crash.
3. Delete the app and reinstall it. And restart the phone to try.
4. Go to the computer to see if it can be read. If it can, format the USB drive. After formatting, insert it into the phone and try again.
If some pictures and videos have been copied before, the duplicate pictures and videos will not be backed up again, only the new pictures and videos will be backed up. You can check whether the content has been copied.
Rest assured that we have an 18-month warranty on our product.
PLS kindly understand that the Internal Storage is your iPhone storage, not the USB Flash Drive storage.
BTW, the External Storage used some storage because it comes with an electronic file of the manual and also takes up a bit of memory when running the app.

Item Finder

The wallet tracker card cannot be updated in real-time and requires an Apple phone nearby to be updated (the product itself does not have a positioning function but achieves positioning through the Find My network. The Find My network uses Bluetooth as the primary transmission technology to interact with Apple devices. GT02 will broadcast a signal via Bluetooth. After the Apple device detects this broadcast, it will package its own positioning data and upload it to the Apple server. After the Find My APP receives these positioning data from the server, it will get the approximate location of GT02. The update time is determined by the Apple system).
For your first Item Finder connection:
1. Turn on Bluetooth and open the Find My app.
2. Tap "Add Item" and then "Other Supported Item."
3. The tracking device will be automatically paired.

For additional Item Finders:
1. Turn on Bluetooth and open the Find My app.
2. Tap "+" on the right side of the Items section.
3. Tap "Add Other Item."
4. The Item Finder will be automatically paired.
The iOS system mechanism will have a lost item notification when the item is 500 meters away from the product. If you do not want to receive the notification reminder when you lost items, you can turn off this function in the APP.
How to turn off the notification when you lost items: APP--click on the item--select the product to be turned off--click on the product and pull down to the notification--turn off the lost item notification.
1. Connect product--item--add item (cannot choose to identify the found item)--add other items (cannot choose AirTag)
2. The product is turned on for more than 10 minutes without connecting to the phone, and needs to be reset before connecting to the phone.
3. During the connection process, the APP is accidentally exited, and the product cannot be searched. It also needs to be reset and searched again.
4. There is no prompt sound when the phone is unbound. It also needs to be reset and reconnected again.
5. The item is connected to other devices and has not been removed. It cannot be connected to other phones. It must be removed before connecting to other phones.

Card Reader

1. This product is just a card reader and does not include a card. Please check if an SD/TF card is inserted.
2. Please put the card on the computer to confirm whether it is in exFat format or NTFS format? The phone does not support NTFS format.
1. If you are not allowed to access photos when downloading the app, or this pop-up window does not appear, please re-download the app.
2. Format the memory card.
3. Restart the phone.
1. Check if the memory card is properly inserted (whether it is inserted upside down).
2. Check if the memory card is normal on other devices.
3. Check if the memory card is in a supported format.
This Card Reader is compatible with SD cards and Micro SD/TF cards.
For iPhone and iPad users, please download the dedicated iUSB app (Black) or GoMemory app (White) from the App Store. With this app, you can easily back up or transfer photos, videos, and contacts with just one click.
For Android users, there is no need to install any app. You can directly access your SD card through the "My Files" application.
