Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Q1: The files are not compatible to open on my laptop so useless to store them on this device.
For a computer, it functions as a normal USB flash drive without needing any app installation.Kindly please understand that to keep the original information, the JD USB Drive will not change anything in the Backup or Transfer, such as Shooting time, Size, and format, etc.
Please install the HEIC viewer or player on your PC.
For the HEVC format video, please search from your software management to find free HEVC player.

I use to just plugging in drives and downloading the app.... working!!! This piece of garbage needed to be charged!! After charging for over 4 hrs it wasn't charged and was very warm!!! I want my money back!😵💫😱

I finally found the perfect backup solution for my iPhone. My previous used to backup automatically, This one however allows you pick and choose what needs to be backed up. It is fast and pretty much stable. It is well made and easy to use. It has usbc at one end and iPhone port at the other. Nice productVine Customer Review of Free Product

I take TONS of pictures in my iPhone 13, I have a Cloud, but like having the possibility to store them all somewhere else.
The flash drive itself came in a nice box and has a premium silver finish to it. It has two ports; lightning and USB-C, for both iPhones and Android, to USB-A.
No choice, must use the JD Drive App to download the pictures, then it’s pretty much plug n’ play.
This Photo Stick keeps the original information in the backup or transfer, like the date, time, location, and doesn’t modify the format either. Capacity of 256G.
This stick makes it really easier to transfer my photos/videos to my Computer external drive. Can make an awesome gift too.
Reasonably priced at $79 minus $4 coupon.

iPhoneのデータがいっぱいで、動画の保存が出来なくなったので購入しました。
到着してすぐ使ってみましたが、特に不便な点や分かりにくい点もなく、使いやすくて便利です。
データの移動も早いし、正確なので問題なく使えると思います。
一点だけ残念だった点としては、USBに付属のリング(持ち運びに使用しようと思っていました)が画像のように壊れてしまっていて使えなかったところです。
商品自体には特に問題はなかったです。
