The APP: JD Memory App

1.For iPhone and iPad: If you are using iPhone photo stick for the first time, please download MFi Certified "JD Memory" from App Store.
2.For Android Phones (with Type-C connector and OTG function) -- No need to install any app, No one-click backup function
3.For Computers ( no matter Windows computer, or Apple computer, since they have USB-C or USB port, they would be supported). Plug And Play. No need to install any app, it doesn’t have the one click backup function, need to do manually if you need to back up or transfer photos.
NOTE: For iOS 11 or above and iPhone 7 or above devices, the default photos or videos format is HEIC, HEVC or MOV, these are only read by iOS or Mac system devices.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Q1:Not available for Apple or Android.

Our product supports almost all devices, including iPhone, iPad, Android, computer, and MacBook.
For iPhone and iPad, you need to install the JD Memory or JD Drive app.
For Android users, there's no need to install any app. You can directly access your files through the "My Files" application.
For a computer or MacBook, it functions as a normal USB flash drive without needing any app installation.

Q2:No pop-up window appears on the phone.

1. Android phones will not show a pop-up window. You need to check the backup content in "My Files".
2. Ensure the JD Memory or JD Drive app is installed on your iPhone/iPad.
3. If you rejected the pop-up window the first time, it will not appear again.

Q3:Why does it only process 1,000 photos at a time and then you have to start from the beginning?

To finish the transmission as the fastest speed, the internal storage only display 1000 photos each time. If there are more than 1000 photos, even if you select all, it only display 1000 photos. In this situation, please pull down the progress bar to refresh the display. And then increase by a multiple of 1000, all your photos will be pulled to the end display. The external storage displaying 499 pcs, please pull down to refresh the display, too. Kindly please be well noted that manually transfer or deletion may be not 100% completed. If we need to delete more than 499 pcs, we suggest to release the space once we finished the Backup.

Q4:When I press back up, the app closes in seconds! You have to do this over and over again, and then it crashes again after I allow it?

Q5:1400 photos were copied, and only 1000 photos were displayed in the memory？

1. Insufficient phone memory.
2. Too many apps running in the background cause the crash.
3. Delete the app and reinstall it. And restart the phone to try.
4. Go to the computer to see if it can be read. If it can, format the USB drive. After formatting, insert it into the phone and try again.
