Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

BTW, the External Storage used some storage because it comes with an electronic file of the manual and also takes up a bit of memory when running the app.
Q3: When transferring pictures or videos from the phone to a USB drive, it shows up as "Transfer Failed"?
Please try the following steps:1. Formatted USB drive using your PC.
2. Re-download the app (make sure to allow access to the album when installing).
3. Restart your phone.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please provide the serial number or production date of the USB drive.

I am 69 years old and a digital immigrant. I have a legacy writing business to help people write Legacy books to pass on to their children and grandchildren. Of course, the photos are what they want in their books! I struggled with taking screenshots of old pictures and then downloading them onto my laptop in order to place them in the chapters. It would take hours if I had hundreds of pics, and most often, Gmail would close my account for 24 hours because I was downloading too many photos. I purchased a different brand of photo stick, and it was awful- unusable. I ordered this one, it came in today, I easily downloaded 125 photos to put onto my external drive then delete off my iPhone. Voila! It's EASY and very fast. I am thoroughly pleased!

The first one I bought had a protective cover on both ends, the lightning end and the USB end… The new one I purchased just has a protective cover on the USB end…. I have no idea where to get a protective cover for the new one that came without it, you can help please do.

I tried another brand. It would buffer so long that my phone would overheat and shut off. This brand is fast and reliable. And way less than the expensive one. The other brand would often tell me I had so pictures or albums!!
