1.Q: How to use it on Android phone?

   A: For Android users, there's no need to install any app. You can directly access your files through the "My Files" application.

 

2.Q: Why can't the photos in iCloud be transferred to the USB drive?

  A: If you've used iCloud before to back up your files, you'll need to download the files from iCloud to your iPhone or iPad and then copy them to USB flash drive. The reason why iCloud photos cannot be transferred to the USB flash drive is that your photos are stored in icloud, which is a personal private cloud space, and the JD USB Drive has no right to access. So you need to load its cache to your iPhone so that jd drive can recognize it. (Note: Please make sure your iPhone/iPad has enough storage)

 

3.Q: Why did the backup fail?

  A: If your photos are stored in iCloud and your phone’s memory is low, the image transfer will fail because you need to cache iCloud photos on your iPhone.

If your photos are on iPhone, you also need to make sure that your phone has a certain amount of cache space, otherwise it may cause a failure because the cache will increase during backup.

 

4.Q: Why doesn't it show anything after plugging it in?

A: This product is a card reader only and does not include a card, you will need to insert your own card.
